First meeting Vanessa was like sitting down with a girlfriend you already knew . We really wanted to sell and worried about how long the process would take . As we all know sometimes it can take awhile. We signed with Vanessa on a Tuesday . She knew just how to price the house to sell . Showed the house on Saturday and Sunday. By Monday we had 31 offers and accepted one of them . Quite a few offers were above asking price . I could never imagine this process going so fast or so easily .
